1. Order Processing

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged to meet our luxury standards. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our team to process and prepare your order before it is handed over to our shipping partners.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
We offer reliable shipping services to regional and global destinations:

International Orders: We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes [7-14 business days], depending on your specific location and local customs clearance.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight of your package. The total cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. International Customs & Duties

All international orders (outside the UAE and Egypt) are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the client is solely responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees assessed by the destination country.

Please Note: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, all incurred shipping and return charges will be strictly deducted from your store credit.
5. Order Tracking

The moment your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link. This allows you to follow your new eyewear's journey every step of the way.
